Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) oversees all departments within the club when the General Manager (GM) and Fitness Manager (FM) are not in the facility and is responsible for ensuring member satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the Companyâ€™s financial objectives.
The Fitness Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.
The Fitness Manager is responsible for the overall function of the Personal Training department to attain short and long term Company financial goals. Primary responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, developing, training, and supervising qualified Personal Trainers.
Front Desk Associate
The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members’ requests along with inquiries about gym operations & policies as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym manager or Operations supervisor.
Front Desk Lead
The Front Desk Supervisor will lead, direct and control all facets of front desk and Kidï¿½s Club operations with an emphasis on member service and overall gym administration.
