
We are proud to introduce MoiCycle to you in June! This workout is for everyone and gives you measurable results via heart rate. MoiCycle class will keep you on track with the music and intervals to ensure that you get results, become stronger, and burn calories!
The first Sunday of each month at 9:30 am we are hosting a half hour workshop before the 10:00 am Kangoo Jumps class. This will assist you in getting properly fitted into the boots and acclimate you to the movement patterns!
Please be aware that ALL members are entitiled to a one time FREE Pilates Reformer class. Sign up at the front desk!
GFO (Group Fitness Orientation) is scheduled for Saturday May 4th at 10:00am in the Mind/Body Studio. This is an opportunity to find out how to set up in equipment based classes, ask questions, and get familiar with our cornicopia of classes!
