New Classes added to the GGX Schedule!

We have added new classes to the GGX Schedule!  Please try them out.  Stop in and take one of our many Group Exercise classes. We offer a variety from Cycle, Yoga, BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyVive, BodyFlow, Yogalates, Chair Dancing, Cardio Kickboxing, Core Strength as well as Zumba! Check out the online schedule and click on the class for a description.  Hope to see you in class soon!
