We have added new classes to the GGX Schedule! Please try them out. Stop in and take one of our many Group Exercise classes. We offer a variety from Cycle, Yoga, BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyVive, BodyFlow, Yogalates, Chair Dancing, Cardio Kickboxing, Core Strength as well as Zumba!
