Functional group classes taught by certified personal trainers for the perfect balance of strength and speed, explosiveness and stamina, coordination, agility and flexibility for increased functional capability for health, for sport, and in life.
Free Class Descriptions:
Bootcamp- Functional training focusing on agility, balance, and strength training using kettlebells, medicine balls and featuring the MoveStrong Functional Trainer.
Kickboxing- Cardio based kickboxing using heavy bags and gloves. (Must bring gloves and wraps to class or purchase at front desk)
Paid Class Descriptions:
Kettlebells- High intensity functional Kettlebell Bootcamp with Master Personal Trainer and Hardcore Kettlebell Specialist Chris Chamberlin.
Pole Open- Progress through higher levels, harder tricks, inverts and aerials just like the professional pole fitness competitors with Certified Pole fitness instructor Lezah Piscopo.
Power Hour Heart pumping uphill and winding climbs on the Real Ryder cycling bikes, or race down the river on the Concept 2 rowers followed a full body weight training workout for a 800-1000+ calorie workout. (Starting March 1st)
