Welcome to Gold's Gym Chantilly!
As a new member, you'll receive an initial workout orientation so you'll be comfortable with the equipment in our club. This session includes body fat measurements, one-on-one equipment training and nutrition advice. After you have your initial orientation you may inquire about one-on-one personal training to further your results.
Your trainer will teach you how to eat and train properly without committing you to an unrealistic lifestyle. Whatever the goal may be, our specialists can construct the program that fits you and your lifestyle.
Should you decide to continue working with your trainer your knowledge of how exercise will increase dramatically. You can talk to him/her about the different types of packages we offer as there are different levels and rates with all of our personal trainers.

Chantilly Personal Training Success Stories
This short note is way overdue. I’ve been meaning to write for quite some time, to tell you how much having Martha Wise as a trainer has meant to, and done for me. Martha has been “working me over” for me than two years now. These exercise periods have been the bright spots during the routinely brain draining ‘workouts’ inherent in a technical government job. Coming back from Martha, while physically exhausted (trust me!), gives me the mental energy to finish my work days out with a flourish! I’m always telling her how it has helped me on the hob, and more so, through day to day living. It was time I told you, too. Also, having the gym so close to work allows me to come more often then not. So, Gold’s Gym, thank you for being there, and thank you for having such a great staff!
I’ve been a member of Gold’s gym since April of this year, and I have had Brian Hamill as my personal trainer for all of that time. He was the trainer that I met the day I signed on with the gym, and he also gave me my first 2 free training sessions. I’ve got to tell you, I was in bad shape, both physically and emotionally when I started training, but it is Brian’s quiet professionalism and training expertise that keeps me coming back for more. That first day, he assessed my physical capabilities (or the lack there of J ) , asked me what my goals were and then he slowly, methodically got me through that first workout……I thought I would die, and I was so sore, but he made me a promise that first day……He told me that it would get easier , with time, and that he was sure that he could help me reach my personal goals. The first month or two, I was only training with Brian once a week, but I’d caught the “gym bug” and felt like maybe there was some hope. Soon, the pounds started coming off….not fast, but consistently, and I made it my personal mission to get as much out of every workout as I possibly could. I put my faith in Brian, and he has not let me down! Brian is a very kind and caring young man, and he takes a personal interest in the well-being of all of his clients. Some days we have a few good laughs, and some days it’s “all business”, but one thing I can always count on is a good, well- thought- out workout. In the five months I’ve been with your gym, I have managed to lose forty pounds and several percentage points of body fat, but I’ve gained a friend in Brian, and because of Brian, I have also gained back my self-esteem. I will be on a break from training for a few weeks, due to a minor surgery, but make no mistake about it…..”I will be back” and training with Brian!!! He is a great asset to your gym!

Martha is the reason I love Gold's Gym. I train with Martha once a week and I can see vast improvement with my energy level, strength, and endurance. Martha can always be seen with a smile on her face when seen. I look forward together and plan to continue training with her indefinitely.
I need to let you know what Blake's training program has meant to me. When I joined the gym about three years ago and I thought I was in shape. Cardio wise I probably was but training with black I soon discovered I wasn't even close. Over the last 5 or 6 months I have seen a huge difference in my body. He is a great trainer and one of the nicest person I have ever met.
