Regular schedule EXCEPT
-Thursday 6 p.m. Jump Rope Conditioning is temporarily canceled. Jehanzeb will resume teaching the class sometime in June and the class will return to the schedule then.
-Wednesday night BODYJAM with Caroline is canceled. You can still Jam with Caroline, Thursdays at 7 p.m. at Ballston. We are actively recruiting BODYJAM instructors so that we can continue to offer this class!
