2012 Gold’s Gym Challenge Information
What: The Gold’s Gym Challenge is a 12-week body transformation challenge designed to motivate new and existing members who are looking to make a significant lifestyle change. This is not a body-building competition, contestants will be judged on their overall body transformation in the 12 weeks.
Who: Any one 18 or older who is strong enough to accept the challenge.
When: This year we are adding another start date to accommodate more people wanting to take control of their life. The flight dates are.
Flight #1:
Start: Jan 13th(7-9am)(4-7pm)
Jan 14th (7-9am)(4-7pm) OR by appointment
Finish: April 6th (7-9am)(4-7pm)
April 7th (7-9am)(4-7pm) OR by appointment
Flight #2:
Start: Jan 27th (7-9am)(4-7pm)
Jan 28th (7-9am)(4-7pm) OR by appointment
Finish: Apr 20th (7-9am)(4-7pm)
Apr 21th (7-9am)(4-7pm) OR by appointment
Where: Measurements will take place in the Logan Gold's Gym Cross Fit Room
Info: Contestants will be seperated into categories based on age and gender. Each category winner will win $300. From there a top prize will be selected. This year we have made an Overall Male and Overall Female winner. These winners will win a additional $1000. Categories are as follows:
