TRX-Train like a champion
TRX is the preferred training program of professional athletes, various celebrities, and military personnel. TRX is the newest craze in the fitness industry. This new workout is designed to seriously challenge athletes of all levels. From those who are new to fitness and need some one on one attention to those are extreme athletes, TRX is the class for you. TRX not only works on the primary muscles, it works the secondary and stabilizer muscles as well. It is amazing how much it will challenge your core as you try new exercises on TRX. Even the everyday exercises such as push ups and crunches take on a whole new look and feel as you use your body weight to challenge your muscles.
TRX classes are on a first come basis. A training fee does apply. $10 per training session, 10 training sessions for $50, or Unlimited TRX training sessions for $25 per month (see front desk for details).
