Tiny Tigers (Mon. and Wed. 4:30-5:15)
Tiny Tigers is a special program to teach kids agility and flexibility skills in a fun and friendly environment. Your child will learn basic Tae Kwon Do techniques and begin to master skills that will help them prepare for more structured learning environments.
Children’s classes (Mon-Thurs. 5:30-6:30 PM)
Enjoy enhancing your fitness,balance, poise and concentration with the ancient Korean art of Tae Kwon Do. This martial art employs a wide variety of kicks, strikes, and blocks that will improve your flexibility and overall fitness, as well as serving as your self defense system. Develop confidence as your skills advance, improving self esteem. This class will include strength and agility development games. We have a family discount plan too.
Adult classes (Mon, Tues and Thurs. 6:45-7:45PM)
This class showcases Instructor’s Barry’s own system designed at Barry’s School of Martial Arts Studies(SMAS). SMAS is geared towards those individuals wanting a practical and innovative approach to self defense. SMAS provides solutions throughout the various ranges of combat. Barry’s SMAS will forge the mind, body and spirit into a formidable fighting instrument.
Tai Chi and Kali Classes (Tues and Thurs 10:30 -11:30 AM)
This class combines self defense techniques from Phillipino Kali and Tai Chi to safely teach body conditioning and strengthening. Emphasis is placed upon developing "mud walking" from Baguazhang and performing deep breathing exercises. Exercises are generally performed in a slow, peaceful and calm way. This class is open to all ages. Free to all Gold's members..just show up for a relaxing and informative training session.
