Gold's Gym is a Silver&Fit partner and full-service facility. This means that Gold's Gym Houston locations offer classes like Silver & Fit Experience, as well as other class programming like ZUMBA Gold, BodyVive, BodyFlow and YOGA that can accommodate moderately active older adults. Gold's Gym Silver&Fit also holds one social event or activity per quarter. 

Silver&Fit Experience is designed to increase the participants’ flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class can be modified for those who are less mobile or stable by performing exercises with support of a chair. We are always looking for talented instructors!
