Reminder, no children under the age of 10 years old allowed in the workout area including the Group exercise room. 11 or older must be on the parents membership and must be with a parent at all times to workout.

Look at the change- Wednesday 8:30 a.m. Puckett location Yoga class.

 

EXCITING NEWS: The Group Exercise Room at the Puckett location will be out of commission the week of Monday May 20th through Saturday May 25th due to replacing the floor with wood!

We will offer the Monday 8:30 a.m. Low Impact Int. class and the Wednesday 8:30 a.m. Yoga class at the Blackburn location during that week. We will not offer the 9:15 a.m. class for those 2 days. All other classes are scheduled as listed.

 Both locations closed Monday May 27th for Memorial Day.
