Renaissance Fitness, Inc. is owned and operated by Damian and Retha Fisher. We offer certified personal trainers who train clients full time in our Gold's Gyms in Greensboro and High Point North Carolina.
Damian and Retha strive to provide the most professional service possible while helping clients reach their fitness goals. Being the Exclusive Trainers of Gold's Gym in Greensboro and High-Point they can now serve you at both locations.
Our Personal Trainers are professionals who educate clients about physical fitness. Personal trainers are also referred to as "trainers," but should not be confused with "athletic trainers". Personal trainers typically design exercise routines and teach physical exercises to their clients. While most personal trainers work with only one client each session, others also teach groups of clients. |

Trainers work with clients on several time intervals. Some clients meet for a single session to answer questions and to develop an exercise program (or to ensure that their existing program is balanced). Others prefer to work with a trainer for several months for the purposes of motivation, variety, exercise design, or to work toward a specific goal. And still others work with a trainer indefinitely for motivation, accountability, variety, or to ensure consistent progress. | |
Gold's Gym Personal Training
Not getting results? Ask yourself these questions:
1. How many calories do I eat everyday and how many do I need based on my bodyweight and goals?
2. What intensity do I do my cardio at to reach my goal?
3. How much time do I need to spend doing cardio at the right intensity to reach my goals based on the calories that I eat everyday?
4. Am I trying to lose fat, gain muscle or both? Am I using resistance training effectively or not based on that goal?
5. What specific vitamins and minerals do I lack in my diet that might influence my results and how much of those nutrients should I be taking supplementally to ensure good health and an effective exercise program?
6. Do I have a specific plan to achieve my goals or am I just doing a lot of work?
7. Do I have someone holding me accountable to following my specific plan or am I letting myself cut corners?
These are the kinds of questions that we answer definitively based on someone's goals, body type and lifestyle. We provide and exact plan so that you waste no effort. We also hold you accountable and motivate you to stay on track and follow the plan to success.
