Personal Training Packages
We offer several packages based on your needs and goals
A wise investment for your health!  All of our personal trainers are certified by a nationally accredited organization so feel confident you are working with experts.  Keep in mind that personal training can be done as often as daily or as infrequent as you would like.  Many members work with a personal trainer multiple times per week while some utilize our training staff once every three months to be taken through a new program.  There is no minimum or maximum to personal training just a gateway to getting results! 
 
New Join
If you are a new member or have never experienced personal training,we have a special introductory offer just for you! Two FREE one onone Personal Training sessions!  We want to see you enter the gym confidently, using your membership to the fullest, and begin to see results right away.
 
One on One Personal Training
Our personal training sessions are all about you and your goals.  Our certified personal trainers will design and lead you thru a program 100% tailored to help you achieve your goals.  Everything from general fitness, to weight loss to sport specific training can be targeted.  Pricing is as low as $30 per session. 
 
Group Training
Group training provides a whole new dimension to your exercise.  This is done in groups of 2, 3, or 4 people which allows for some friendly competition, motivation, and, hopefully, a knowledgeable workout partner when you?re done.  Plus it is so much fun!  Pricing is as low as $15.00 per person per session.
  
Body Composition Testing 
If tracking your body fat is important to you have one of our certified personal trainers check your body with skin fold calipers.  We perform a quick 3 site test which only takes about 10 minutes.  It?s quick and accurate!  Free tomembers, $30 for non-members.
