BodyAttackTM – Ready for a challenge? Check out this sports-inspired cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. Includes simple hi/lo choreography, sports drills, and endurance tests. (60 minutes)
BodyJamTM - Love to dance? Check out this dance inspired cardio class. Learn some great dance routines, burn loads of calories, and experience the sensation of dance. (60 minutes)
BodyPumpTM – The original barbell class that delivers real results…real fast. Try this challenging strength training workout, and watch your body change. (75 minutes including setup and instruction)
BodyStepTM – Check out the hottest new step class in town...guaranteed to give you a great workout with dynamic, easy to follow routines that will really take your fitness to the next level. (60 minutes)
BodyFlowTM – A mind/body FLOW class that integrates the principles of both Yoga and Pilates to give the participant a workout including both balance training, flexibility training, and core work. (60 minutes)
Boot Camp -- Drill based class with exercises designed to take your cardiovascular endurance to a whole new level. (60 minutes)
Butt & Gut – An intense abdominal and leg workout designed to improve strength and sculpt the abs and glutes. (30 minutes)
Cycling – A low impact group cycling workout that strengthens your legs and provides a challenging cardio workout to burn fat and build stamina. (50 – 60 minutes)
Cycle & Core -- All the benefits of a cycling class with 20 minutes reserved for core strengthening. (60 minutes)
Fitness For Anybody (FFA) – Creative mix of cardiovascular exercise and/or strength training tailored to any participants including those new to exercise, pregnant, or those needing a low impact but challenging workout. Formerly known as FOF (Fit Over Fifty). (60 minutes)
Karate – Learn Shokotan Karate and JuJitsu Self-Defense to help build your confidence, endurance, flexibility and strength.
Kickboxing – Martial arts flavor exercises in a cardio format. (60 minutes)
Multi Step – Class will utilize more than one step, sometimes known as Double Step or Quad Step. (60 minutes)
Pilates (60 minutes)
Pilates III – This advanced class takes Pilates to the next level utilizing the Pilates Rings and possibly other equipment. Participants should have several months of experience in other Pilates classes before attending this advanced level class. (90 minutes)
PiYoTM - combination class that consists of Pilates and Yoga. (60 minutes)
RPMTM – This Les Mills version of the traditional cycling class offers energizing music, fun choreography, and a challenging cardiovascular workout jam-packed into this 45-minute ride.
Self Defense – Learn Shokotan Karate and JuJitsu Self-Defense to help build your confidence, endurance, flexibility and strength.
Step Challenge– Utilize the Reebok Step for a fun, choreographed, and physically challenging class. (60 minutes)
Training Camp - Think military boot camp, but without the swearing and up-in-your- face drill sergeant. This class will push you further than you thought you could go!
TurboKickTM – TRADITIONAL KICKBOXING MEETS FUN AND FUNKY!! Combining punch combinations, kicks, and hip hop, you’ll groove the calories away in this action packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout! (60 minutes)
Water Aerobics – Looking for an intense, resistance-filled workout that is easy on your joints? Look no further. Utilizes kickboards, dumbbells, and hydro-tones. (60 minutes)
Yoga – Stretch, strengthen and relax your body and mind using the principles of yoga.
Zumba™ - Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba is derived from a Columbian word meaning to move fast and have fun. I guess the name says it all!
