NO SNOW BLOWER ?
NO PROBLEM!
Here are some helpful tips to keep you free from injury and healthy this winter...
 
  • Don't overload your shovel with snow.
  • Make sure you always keep your knees bent and your back side down.
  • Take breaks when needed to avoid repetative injury.
  • Aviod rotating from the waist with a shovel full of snow always lead with your feet.
  • And as always check with your Doctor.

Remember these while you're shoveling and you will never miss a day at the Gym!
