Gold's Gym Lawrenceville's Performance Training Center is proud to announce that we are the exclusive performance training partner of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Soccer Association.
 
As the exclusive performance training partner, we will be providing performance training specific to enhancing your physical soccer performance at WWPSA's T&P sessions during the spring and fall season.  The WWPSA’s T&P sessions will focus on the players speed, agility and physical conditioning. In addition, we will be providing performance training as part of the summer camps offered by WWPSA.
 
We also will be offering our exclusive Speed and Agility  training for any team or individual athlete here at Gold's Gym Lawrenceville. All teams and individual athletes of WWPSA are entitled to a 5% discount on all performance training packages.  Click here for programs offered.
 
Our program is scientifically designed to improve an athlete's  performance as well as reduce the risk of injury while playing sports. 
 
Our system integrates a comprehensive individual training program tailored to each athlete. Focused on speed and movement training to enhance all areas of athletic performance, the program's goal is not simply to run fast, but to play fast. Playing fast consists of running fast, reacting fast, and recovering fast, which is essential to developing as a soccer player.  We achieve this goal by meeting three objectives: improving speed, improving agility  and improving conditioning.
 
Each athlete will be evaluated for functional movement, power, speed, agility and sport-specific conditioning.  Once we identify the strengths and limiting factors of each individual we prescribe and implement a comprehensive training program.  Our tailored program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also decrease the risk of injury associated with high intensity competition.
