Dear Members,
Welcome to Gold's Gym.
Since the first Golds Gym opened in 1965, Golds Gym has spread to more than 600 locations around the world with more than 2.5 million members in search of serious fitness, and Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville plans to carry on that tradition.
Our members may come from a lot of walks of life, but share the same common goal of pursuing health and fitness. To help you with your goals, Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville offers the latest fitness equipment from industry leaders, including Nautilus, Cybex, Precor and more, as well as classic Gold’s Gym free weights and the best in personal training and nutritional expertise.
In addition, our 65,000-square-foot fitness center is well appointed with an eye-catching interior and many fabulous amenities—far too many to list in this letter. Please be my guest and see for yourself everything we have to offer.
Aside from delivering a great facility, our goal is to assist each and every member with achieving his or her own personal fitness goals. Our staff has the knowledge to customize a program for you, whether you are new to working out, a person looking to lose weight or a serious young athlete looking to achieve greater performance on the field. We know you will find our staff responsive to all your fitness needs.
