Ladies Group Personal Training

 

Gold’s Gym is excited to offer an innovative way of helping you achieve your fitness goals under the direct supervision of qualified fitness professionals.  The one hour program incorporates both weight resistance training and aerobic conditioning.  Participants will be brought through a series of weight resistance machines with intervals of various aerobic exercises.  The program meets every Saturday for 10 weeks. The program works great in conjunction with any other aerobic/anaerobic program you may currently be following, or would work effectively on its own!

Supervised environment to maximize results and reduce injury

Promotes fat burning, muscle development, and aerobic conditioning

Enrollment is currently taking place for Mid April.  Class is limited to 10 participants.
