Golf Specific Group Personal Training

 

Gold’s Gym is excited to offer an innovative way of helping you achieve your fitness goals under the direct supervision of qualified fitness professionals.  The one hour program incorporates the best of golf-specific training.  Participants will be brought from the basic core strengthening moves to the more advanced, demanding exercises, while also incorporating the necessary stretching to help with your golf game.  The program meets once per week for five weeks, and is being offered in the morning and afternoon to accommodate any schedule.  The program is designed to improve both your golf game and your overall strength and flexibility!

Enrollment is currently taking place for May.  Please choose from the following sessions.  Classes are filling up quickly and are limited to ten participants. 
 
                      Class Choices Are:  Monday Monrings @ 7 AM (5 weeks) 
                                                         Friday Afternoons @ (5 weeks)
 
Total Investment:   5 Classes @ $25 each, $125 total.
