
“Calling all short and long distance runners, as well as, aspiring runners!!”
Gold’s Gym is excited to offer an innovative way of helping you achieve your fitness goals under the direct supervision of qualified fitness professional. The one hour program incorporates the best of runner-specific training. Participants will be perform drills and exercises that will improve running form and core strength, while also incorporating the necessary stretching component to improve flexibility and overall running performance. The program meets once per week for five weeks, and is being offered in the morning and afternoon to accommodate any schedule.
