Group Exercise Classes at Gold's Gym
Gold's Gym offers a variety of the latest group exercise classes. Taught by certified instructors, classes are available throughout the week to meet the various scheduling needs of our members.
Much more than just classes, we try to provide you with just the right amount of variety in our program so that there is something for everyone. We encourage you to take a class, it's a great workout, alot of fun and very motivating!!!
