Gold's Gym Millis offers over 65 group fitness classes per week.  All classes are included with your gym membership.  In addition, non members can come take a class at the drop-in rate of $15. 
 
There are three separate studios inside Gold's Gym Millis all of which offer the best in group exercise.  Our Main Studio offers traditional classes such as Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Bosu and Muscle Conditioning.   We also offer Les Mills BODYCOMBAT.  For those of you who like to spin, we have an indoor group cycling studio with 15 Schwinn Bikes.  We also have a separate Mind-Body Studio where Pilates Mat and Yoga classes are offered. 
 
We strive to keep on the cutting edge of fitness, and pride ourselves in hiring the area's finest instructors.  Our world class team is certified through national organizations such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, STOTT Pilates, Peak Pilates, Johnny G Spinning, Schwinn Indoor Cycling and Yoga Alliance.  Additionally, instructors are certified in CPR.
