Cardio Theater: Our newly revamped cardio room features brand new StarTrac treadmills and Natural Runner elliptical machines, as well as a variety of other cardio equipment. Broadcast vision and cd players will keep you entertained throughout your workout!
Strength Training Center: Free weights, Cybex machines and Hammer Strength machines are all available to help create a sculpted, lean physique in our newly remodeled weight training room.
Women's Workout Studio: A private "Ladies Only" area where female members can reach their goals. Cardio equipment and free weights are available, as well as Cybex machines (built specifically for women) that provide exceptional comfort and ease of use.

Personal Training: Our innovative and unique personal training program is not your usual "3 sets of 8-10" workout. Constant movement and encouragement are the foundations of a great fitness program, and our trainers provide both!
Lap Pool: Get a fantastic workout no matter what the weather is like outside! The only indoor pool in the area!
Racquetball Courts: Reserve a court and have some fun playing racquetball, handball, and wallyball as well. Equipment is available for rent and for sale.
Tanning: We offer a full service tanning salon with the newest performance tanning beds on the market, as well as lotions and moisturizers.. Stop in and our professionals will help you achieve (and keep) a healthy glow year round!
ProShop: Gold's gym logoed clothing and equipment will keep you looking stylish, while also providing functional comfort.
Juice Bar: For hydration, performance or meal-replacement our freshly made smoothies and shakes are a great way to end a workout. A full range of bars and supplements are also available to "mix and match" for your specific fitness needs.
