This Fall Schedule begins 9/20/09!
All of our classes are for all levels--beginner through advanced. Our instructors are trained to give you many options during class to help you work at an appropriate level for you! Group Fitness is an excellent way to become educated about movement and exercise while having fun in a class setting!
- BODYPUMP is a rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.
- BODYATTACK� is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
- BODYJAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class.
- RPM� is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within � sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
- BODYFLOW A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Truly a fitness class for the 21st Century, BODYFLOW brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary, holistic approach to fitness.

BODYCOMBATThis class combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.

BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
- H20 Fit
Join us for a challenging no-impact workout! This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular strength by utilizing water resistance and exercise equipment. - Fab Abs EXPRESS Join us for a half-hour of core conditioning to tighten and tone that mid-section! Class will also include lower back strengthening and flexibility exercises.
- Kid Fit--Help your children embrace a healthy lifestyle! Kids ages 6-13 are invited to this class to learn games, exercises and to have fun with peers in an exercise setting. Class is 45 minutes long! *Note* there is a charge for this class. $5 for one child and $2.50 for each additional child.
- Power Pilates--Work your core in this "ab"solutely awesome half hour class!
