LAURA
Personal Training Director
Laura has a passion for training clients to improve their overall workout regime. Laura has AFAA certifications in Strength Training and Kickboxing, and with 10 years experience in Stability Ball Training from the Paul Chek Institute (a leading authority in stability ball exercise). Working with Laura you can focus on improving posture, balance, stability, and achieve your strength and fitness goals.
CINDY

Personal Trainer
Cindy has an AA in Dance from The College of Marin. She was a figure skater for 10 years and has been a trainer since 1996. ACE certificatied in P.T. and group fitness. Also certified in Rep Reebok, Johnny G spinning, Cardio kickboxing, water aerobics, and prenatal exercise. With her wealth of experience Cindy can motivate even the most unfit individuals on to health and fitness.
ERICA
Personal Trainer
Erica has worked in the health and fitness industry for over ten years. She is certified as a Personal Trainer through AFAA . She has held beginning runner's clubs and taught indoor rowing seminars. She has run three marathons, did a sprint distance triathlon, and played competitive indoor, beach and grass volleyball for over nine years. She enjoys training people of all ages and fitness levels.

JEAN
Personal Trainer
Coming to us with 15 years in the fitness industry, Jean's fitness and physical conditioning experience range from Adaptive physical education classes to competitive body building. Jean holds Cooper Institute certifications in Biomechanics of resistance training, Dietary Guidance, Physical Fitness Specialist and Master Fitness. Due to her work in the adaptive field Jean enjoys working with seniors and special populations but has the knowledge and enthusiasm to get the beginner started or to help the experienced break through to the next level.
Mari is a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor and an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Mari's passion for health and fitness and her extensive knowledge of Pilates and resistance training allows her to design a program that is suitable to everyone, including the elite athlete and rehab client. Whether you are looking for weight loss and toning or performance enhancement, she can design a program that will work for you. Mari does personal training and small group training on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels as well as training on the weight room floor. Although retired from the stage, Mari used to dance ballet professionally and is available for private and small group ballet lessons for children or adults.


Cliff has been actively involved in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. His dynamic approach emphasizes Core-Training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily activities. He empowers his clients by changing their lifestyle through body sculpting exercises for rapid results that last a life time.
