The benefits of proper exercise and nutrition are endless. You may ask one of our certified personal fitness trainers for training advice any time. We have great nationally certified trainers that are here to help you. Your trainer will design a fitness routine for you based upon your fitness needs and goals.
As a new member, you’ll receive a fitness assessment. This assessment will include the following:
- Body Fat Percentage
- Lean Muscle Tissue Measurement
- Hydration Levels
- BMR [Basal Metabolic Rate]
- Visceral Fat
- Bone Mass
- Metabolic Age
- Blood Pressure & Resting Heart Rate Test
- Cardiovascular Test
- Strength Test
- Nutritional Tips
- Review of Your Goals
Your trainer will instruct you how to eat and train properly without committing you to an unrealistic lifestyle. Whatever the goal may be, our specialists can design the program that fits you and your lifestyle. In adddition, a trainer will monitor your progress every three months.
