We're open 24 hours during the week, allowing us to accomodate any schedule.

Childcare
A wonderful kid's "Kids Club" for all your childcare needs.
- 9:00am - 12:30pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday through Friday
- 9am- 12:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Tanning
We have three turbo stand up tanning booths and one bed. You may add on unlimited tanning directly to your membership. Appointments are available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
We carry a full line of tanning lotions and accelerators.
ProShop
Our ProShop carries a wide variety of Gold's Gym branded clothing and accessories, including tank tops, t-shirts, lifting gloves, tanning peepers, shorts, hats, and gift certificates.
