Tots Class

A 20 minute “energy burn” class specially designed for children ages 3 to 5. Children participate in high energy calisthenics, skills and balance drills, obstacle courses and teamwork.  Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at Ten AM. 

           

 

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga educates and strengthens children’s minds and bodies through interdisciplinary yoga.  Children’s yoga techniques include the use of math, anatomy, linguistics, exercise, fun and much more to build a child’s whole self in a very fun environment.

 

Multiple Intelligence theories

Teach the complete form of yoga exercise.
Kids learn through movement and exploring their world
In a tactile way.
Doing Frog, Monkey and other
Silly poses help children
Yield a sense of success and confidence.
