Our Programs
Running Class:
The goal of the running class is to provide an individualized training program for our members. Each participant will be given a training
Program (including both cario and resistance training) for each of the 6 weeks that we meet to supplement the class. Bosu Class:
Get yourself in shape with this unique and exciting program. This program incorporates balance, overall toning, strength, endurance and Core training. This is great for overall fitness conditioning and sport related activities. Come join us for a lot of fun and challenging exercises.
Target Training: (Butt & Gut)
This ½ hour workout will help you with those “problem” areas. Learn great exercises and techniques that will really work the glutes and abs to get them looking the way you want.
Boot Camp:
If you are looking for a workout that will challenge your mind, body and spirit, this is it! Stop kidding yourself. You know it is time for a change as well as a challenge. Ask yourself…can you handle Bootcamp? Sessions include cardio and fun, eccentric exercises to keep you challenged!
Other fitness programs are offered throughout the year depending on the season, ex. Golf Ready, Ski Ready, etc.
