 What is Gold’s Gym Hudson Valley fitRewards!?

 As a member of our club, you will be automatically registered in a complimentary program called fitRewards!  fitRewards! is a member appreciation program designed to reward our members with valuable prizes in exchange for your ongoing club participation.
 
As a member of Gold’s Gym Hudson Valley whenever you complete a qualifying event you will earn points that you can accumulate and redeem for fantastic prizes such as DVDs, home appliances, electronics, club logo merchandise and more.  
  
How do I get a FREE fitRewards! account?
 
Simply, become a member of Gold’s Gym Hudson Valley.
 
Once, you are a member it’s easy, simply go to www.fitRewards.com and follow the instructions to activate your account.  Here your information will be verified with the information on file at the club and you can create your own password.

What if I have challenges logging onto www.fitRewards.com?
  
If you have challenges logging onto the site, the club may have outdated or different information on file, perhaps your phone number has changed. The information you are logging in with must match the club’s database exactly. For example, if your legal name is Robert and your membership is in the Gold’s Gym database under Bob; that may create a challenge for you. If you require assistance please see a club representative, or contact fitRewards! online customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
 
If you forgot or don’t know your password, click on “Forgot Your Password” option on the fitRewards! home page.  Fill in your email address and press “Submit” and a fitRewards! support team member will email your password to you.
  
 What if I do not have an email address?
 
fitRewards! is an online program, having access to the internet is essential to view your account and redeem points.  We recommend getting an email address to participate in the fitRewards! program. Some email providers, like Hotmail, Google and Yahoo, offer free email accounts. Not having an email address does not exclude you from earning points, we will just not be able to correspond with you. You will also earn points just for providing us with your email address.
  
When will I receive my points?
  
fitRewards! points are deposited to your account two ways, automatically and by completing rewards certificates. The points that are automatically generated will be deposited to your account on a monthly basis at the beginning of every month (for the participation in the month prior). Points earned for participation in events that you complete rewards certificates may take up to 30 days to be deposited.
  
PRIVACY POLICY: Gold’s Gym & fitRewards, LLC. has created this privacy policy statement in order to demonstrate our firms’ commitment to our participants’ privacy. Information such as names, email addresses, shipping addresses, member number, date of birth and phone numbers are collected. However, this information is NOT shared with outside organizations for commercial purposes.
