Our Gold's Gym Family Sports Complex is the largest (120,000sq.ft.,) premier, state of the art, indoor/outdoor fitness complex in the area, providing an exciting new recreational and competitive environment for all ages and skill levels.

Our unique year round training complex has the latest fitness equipment and the latest innovation in synthetic turf which emulates real grass. Indoor shoes and cleats only - no metal studded cleats allowed.

Indoor Field Rentals
Indoor field is divided into 3 fields depending on what activity may be happening

Youth leagues and tournaments U13 and up play 1/2 the facility

Youth Tournaments and leagues U12 and under are played 1/3 the facility
-
For training 1/3 of the facility is sometimes sufficient for two teams to share
