Sean Tydings Captures 2006 NGA Can-AmEarns His Pro Bodybuilding Card!
Congratulations to Sean Tydings on all of his hard work in and out of the gym paying off with a big win! A long-time member of the Irondequoit club, Sean has had his sights set on winning a "Pro Card" since he began his bodybuilding career three short years ago. In April Sean realized that goal, winning the 2006 NGA Can-Am Open Lightheavyweight division, and the Overall Men's Open Title. Those trophies will go alongside the other titles Sean has won, the 2004 & 2005 Olympus Open Middleweight Championship, and the 2004 Novice Lightweight & 2005 NGA Northeast Open Middleweight Chamionships.
Congratulations also to Gold's Irondequoit members and NHL veterans Brian Gionta & Rory Fitzpatrick on their remarkable seasons. Brian broke the single season goal record for the New Jersey Devils with 48 goals and also represented the United States in this winters Olympic Games. As for Rory, he's been a mainstay for the Buffalo Sabres defense as they continue their quest for the Stanley Cup! Good Luck Rory.
