Gold's Gym Kids Fitness Classes

Gold's Gym Kids Fitness Program
for Boys and Girls, ages 8-13
 
The Gold's Gym Kids Fitness Program is a series of classes that are designed for young children to work on strength, cardio, flexibility, stability and confidence.
 
Taught by certified fitness professionals, these classes have been very successful and are help making a difference for both non-athletes and athletes alike.
