
Group Exercise, or GGX, as we call it in the Gold’s Gym system, encompasses a wide variety of fitness programming to meet your needs. Some of the classes we offer include step aerobics, body sculpting and yoga, pilates, cardio kick-boxing, and SPINNING® to name a few. SPINNING® is a group cycling program that enables you, the participant, to find and achieve your own training level with assistance from a highly skilled instructor. All of our clubs have separate rooms expressly for group exercise. The rooms are clean, climate controlled and designed to accommodate the needs of large groups of people. And rest assured, that at Gold’s Gym, you’ll always find yourself in a class led by a certified group exercise instructor.
