We do not respond to cancellation requests via e-mail. According to the terms of our membership agreements, any month-to-month membership may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice of cancellation sent to the corporate office of Gold's. Please contact your local gym to receive more explicit instructions on how to cancel a membership.
