We have great nationally certified trainers that are here to help you. Your trainer may design a fitness routine for you based upon your fitness needs and goals.
As a new member, you'll receive 2 initial workout orientations so you will be comfortable with the equipment in our club. These sessions include body fat measurements, one-on-one equipment training and nutrition advice. After you have had your 2 initial orientations you may inquire about one-on-one personal training to further your results.
Your trainer will teach you how to eat properly without committing you to an unrealistic lifestyle. Whatever the goal may be, our specialists can construct the program that fits you and your lifestyle.
