Group Centergy - Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and pilates movements.  Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress, and even smile.  Discover Group Centergy!

Group Groove - If you can move, you can Groove!  You'll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program.  Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes.  Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you Get A Move On! with Group Groove.

Group Kick - GROUP KICK brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out.

Group Power - This is your hour of power!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivated group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.  Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Ride - Everyone finishes first in Group Ride!  Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.  This 60 minute cycling program is geared for ANYONE that can ride a bike.  Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment let's you RIDE ON!

Group Step - Discover new heights with Group Step!  Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time.  Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience.  Step this way with Group Step. 

Ab Blast - A 30 minute workout strictly emphasizing abdominal muscles only.  This short, but intense class is designed to tone and tighten your abdominal muscles.

Cardio Kick - This class consists of punches, kicks, and aerobic moves that are taught by an expert instructor.  It is a challenge for all fitness levels.

Family Yoga - This is a chance for you and your kids to get a great workout together.  Share the benefits which include increased strength, stamina, flexibility, and mind/body awareness.  A parent must be in class and a parent wavier form must be signed at the front desk.

Fit Kidz - Come enjoy the benefit of family fitness.  This unique 45 minute workout is just for kids 6 to 14.  This ia a fun and active class designed ti instill a healthy attitude toward exercise.  The class will be non-weight bearing and will incorporate pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, and stretching.  Fit Kidz is the perfect way for your kids to become and remain healthy at an earlier age!  A parent wavier form must be signed at the front desk prior to class.
 
Interval - This class uses a variety of cardio and resistance drills so you get your whole workout in 60 minutes.
 
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement -Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair used for seated and standing support, stretching, and relaxation.
 
Pilates - Pilates mat class is a calisthenic form of exercise and stretches.  It increases strength, flexibility, and endurance while improving posture, alignment, coordination, and balance - all without building bulky muscles.

Yoga - Yoga benefits include increased strength, stamina, flexibility, and mind/body awareness.  You'll find elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Vinni, and Iyengar yoga.  The classes are for everyone.  The classes are social in the sense that you'll be inspired by your fellow participants and individual in the sense that yoga is ultimately a personal and internal experience.  Yoga 101 -a class especially for beginners emphasizing great form, safety, and fun for the new yoga participant.
