The Program begins with an orientation at your business, focusing on the imporatance of fitness in today's corporate environment. Then, every employee will be given a week long orientation pass to our 39,000 square foot facility, open 24 hours, which will include a special invitation to world renowned Les Mills group fitness classes and a free fitness assessment by one of Gold's award-winning nationally certified Personal Trainers.
