Boot Camp is a crash course in getting your butt off the couch and getting your mind out of the 'excuses' gutter. Tired of feeling tired? Sick of not being happy with your body or mindset? Meet your challenges head on. During the next 6 weeks, you will gain new ground in cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. For 3 times a week, your body will meet the demands and exceed expectations. Weigh-ins are weekly and will be taken seriously.

"It had been awhile since I made time in my schedule that I could devote to working out. When I heard about Gold's Gym Boot Camp I was really excited. I thought it would be a good way to re-start and jumpstart my workout schedule. It definitely served it's purpose for me and exceeded my expectations. Melissa, Dan, and Nik are amazing personal trainers. They pushed me harder than I would have ever pushed myself and I am very happy with the results. I learned new exercises that I will use in my future workouts, and I also gained knowledge on nutrition and supplements. I am really glad I decided to do Boot Camp because I feel like I get more out of working out on my own now. I have a better understanding of how to work out in a short amount of time and get the most benefit out of it."

"The anticipation of Boot Camp was a bit scary, I must be honest. I asked around the gym, watched the list, and anticipated the day. Boot Camp was tough I will admit but what a good challenging experience! Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are great. In fact, I truly looked forward to them. I change my plans to accomodate my new schedule. My friends and family are all proud of me for being tough and strong with such drive and motivation. Our three trainers are wonderful Melissa, Dan, and Nik--great people. The famous last question is "you ok?" and "looking strong!", always words of encouragement to me. The ladies in our class are fun, we have an age group ranging from 20's to late 40's. We are all supportive of each other! Some have taken the class several times and some, like myself, are first timers. Wow...well, to sum up, I have loved each day of Boot Camp. Hard work and determination has helped me lose a few inches, a few pounds, gain more muscle, more motivation and confidence. I feel so much better about myself physically and mentally. I enjoyed it so much that I have already decided that I will sign up for Boot Camp again in the fall. Thanks Melissa, Dan, Nik and Gold's Gym! You are THE BEST!"
