Gold's Gym of Frederick proudly offers child care services while you workout! The KidzClub is a safe environment with trained staff members supervising at all times! The KidzClub is able to take care of kids of all ages - infants and up! The KidzClub offers activites such as story time, arts and crafts, games, basketball, age appropriate movies, and more!
The Kidz Club hours have changed - eliminating the mid-day break after many requests by those who use the child care facility!
KidzClub Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 8:30PM
Friday: 9AM - 8PM
Saturday: 8:45AM-3PM
Sunday: 8:45AM - 1:30PM
