GOLF SPECIFIC PROGRAM
Flexibility, core strength, and left side-right side balance are keys to an improved golf-swing. Join Stott Certified Pilates Instructor Sue Korz to learn functional fitness techniques for golf. Proven rotational exercises and stretches will improve your performance on the links!
