Training & Nutrition

The benefits of proper exercise and nutrition are endless! You can ask one of our certified personal trainers for advice at any time. We have a great nationally certified personal training staff here to help you. Your trainer will design a fitness routine for you based upon your fitness needs and goals.

As a new member, you’ll receive an initial workout orientation so you’ll be comfortable with the equipment in our club. This session includes body fat measurements, one-on-one equipment training and nutrition advice. After you have your initial orientation you may inquire about one-on-one personal training to further your results.

Your trainer will teach you how to eat and train properly without committing you to an unrealistic lifestyle. Whatever the goal may be, our specialists can construct the program that fits you and your lifestyle.
