As a new member, you’ll receive an initial workout orientation so you’ll be comfortable with the equipment in our club. This session includes body fat measurements, one-on-one equipment training and nutrition advice. After you have your initial orientation you may inquire about one-on-one personal training to further your results.
Your trainer will teach you how to eat and train properly without committing you to an unrealistic lifestyle. Whatever the goal may be, our specialists can construct the program that fits you and your lifestyle.
