CXWORX™

What is CXWORX™?

• Short, sharp and hugely effective, this 30-minute workout is formulated with a carefully structured, scientific approach and challenging intensity that will tighten and tone your core, improve your functional strength, and assist in injury prevention like nothing else.

• Consisting of exercises that both isolate and integrate muscle groups of the abs, back, and butt,CXWORX™ is scientifically proven to be more effective than traditional core-training exercises.
 
• Inspirational music and motivational coaching empowers participants, delivers results, and provides class members with the knowledge and confidence to train effectively and safely.
