Gold's Gym offers the opportunity to learn and develop your boxing skills with its all new boxing program. Classes are daily. Gold's Gym boxing is an uplifting, exhilarating experience in a fun environment. You will learn new skills and get a superior workout at the same time.

Monday and Wednesday Evenings, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays, 11:00am - 12:00pm
Use this class to enhance your current training routine or to tune up your boxing skills. The class is performed in a group setting to both challenge and motivate participants.

Program Director: Jim Barry
Jim is a certified amateur boxing coach. He took an interest in boxing and combat sports very early in life. His skills were developed and honed through a very elite boxing program in lower Westchester County in the late '90s. Jim is ring tested and a true student in the art of boxing.
