The Mind Body Yoga Program at Gold's Gym is designed for the safe and effective development of a personal Yoga practice that includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and deep relaxation.  The program is also designed to provide support for the experienced practitioner.  Our classes use postures, stretching, movement, and breath to create balance in the body and develop both strength and flexibility.  Yoga unites the body and mind to increase concentration, mindfulness, and relaxation.  Our classes are suitable for all levels.  Beginners are welcome. 
 
Our teachers are certified in various Lineages of Yoga sharing a common goal of achieving and maintaining our natural condition of an easeful body, peaceful mind and useful life.
