Performance Training

Enhancing The Future Of Athletics

Gold’s Gym's Performance Training programs are scientifically designed to improve an athlete's  performance as well as reduce the risk of injury while playing sports.

Dedicated to enhancing athletic  performance, this system integrates a comprehensive individual training program tailored to each athlete, sport and position. Focused on speed and movement training to enhance all areas of athletic performance, the program's goal is not simply to run fast, but to play fast. Playing fast consists of running fast, reacting fast, and recovering fast.

This goal is met by three objectives: improving speed, improving agility  and improving conditioning. Our program develops the neuromuscular system educating the muscles and nerves not only on how to move, but how fast to move. The concept  behind our program, s is to train the body beyond its normal capacity, allowing the athlete to get the most out of training. Each athlete will be evaluated for functional movement, power, speed, agility and sport-specific conditioning.  Once we identify the strengths and limiting factors of each individual we prescribe and implement a comprehensive training program.

Our tailored program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also decrease the risk of injury associated with high intensity competition. We offer anumber of sport specific and high school team camps as well.
