Thursday 5:15pm RPM with Ginny K. (45 minute class)
Use of Technology in Classes
Just a friendly reminder: our GGX studios are technology free zones! Please leave your texting and phone calls for before/after class, or kindly step out into the hallway to take care of business. Also, use of headphones/your own music during GGX classes is not permitted. Thanks for your cooperation!

Please note - All classes are reviewed monthly and revised where necessary, quarterly. We assess, with the help of your feedback, the Time, Type and Teacher of the class
