Gold's Gym is the premier fitness facility in Ocean City, offering you a wide variety of fitness, wellness and  opportunities. At Gold's, we are truly committed to offering our community an affordable, fun and friendly environment that is managed with uncompromising integrity, reliability and professionalism.
 
Our facility is now under new ownership.  If you have never been here or it has been awhile we hope that you will stop by and see all the exciting changes we have made.  We have added a new spin area, new "PINKS" studio, new floor for the aerobics room, new private area for personal training, new kid's club,  out with the old equipment and in with the new where needed,  improved tanning with new lamps, and an overall facelift of the gym. Come in and check us out!
*There is $7 resort fee for all Gold's Gym members with Travel Passes from May 1st to October 1st. 
 
The Kid's Club will be open from Memorial Day-Labor Day for a fee.
